Fitness Exploration Project
| Finish after the Warrior Dash - my first 5k race |
One activity that I explored was running my first organized 5k race, the Warrior Dash. We had a lot of fun, got really dirty, and as you can see, we were tired but happy at the end.
Your activity can be a one-time event. It does not have to cost money, but it must be a non-school activity. Recreational Equipment Incorporated, a.k.a. REI, has many free volunteering opportunities and many outdoor learning opportunities that take only an afternoon. Check out the website by clicking on REI volunteering.
